Just a suggestion. When you target an enemy you get to see what the class is, weapon load out is on the mech, and damage, etc. Why not have this feature to view teammates load outs as well? IF you have a bit mech knowledge you will look for someone that compliments you and tend to team with a "partner". Maybe a TAG and LRM boat buddy system. Or a Spider and a DDC Atlas for ECM cover etc.
I know i often wonder what my team is using for weaponry. Do you?

It would be nice to see what your team mates have. It would be easyer if what they had actualy was visualy represented. So, you could just look at them and know what they have without having to scan them.
