Honestly, this mech will be a death trap for new players, but somebody already submitted the AC/20 variant of the Cataphract 2X, so I don't really care. The Lion is my personal favorite 2X build; the playstyle you have to adopt to make it work is ridiculously hotblooded. Basically, it's a fast skirmisher with a loadout in the style of a typical brawler atlas, with less firepower. Three medium lasers provide decent hitscan damage, two Artemis equipped SRM6 in the arm make for a nice rocket punch that can reach out to 200 meters with high accuracy thanks to artemis, and the AC/10 has enough range to feasibly return fire on mechs with PPCs as well as a fast enough recycle time to often fire twice while rushing in between cover. Be sure to present your right arm as a shield when retreating under heavy fire, you'll only lose a medium laser if it comes off, as opposed to your life if you lose a torso segment.
