If PGI were to institute some sort of lobby matchmaking, would it make sense to not generate xp or cbills on custom drops?

Just thinking about how badly I want to ladder, I miss SL/ODL/VL type leagues. If it were made so that you couldn't gain XP or CBills in some sort of custom drop game, it would kill the ability to misuse the system...


On a side note, PGI, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE institute custom drops! :)
