So since last patch, I finished grinding my Stalkers. I decided to max out Ravens next and have played them almost exclusively. Almost without exception, I have pulled frozen city and the occasional forest colony.

That's approx 45% of my matches in a raven in frozen city.
Even with the relatively small sample size here, something has got to be up.

I swear anytime I switch from my energy efficient brawler to my hot sniper I get Caustic 99.9% of the time...

I suppose I should clarify that I'm asking the question in a observational sense. IF map assignment is evenly distributed, you should have a 12.5% chance of pulling any specific map (25% of frozen city versions combined) and I'm at 46%.
Not that it's an impossible thing, in random chance, things are never "due"'to come up, but the sudden jump in frozen city for me occured at the moment I started working on my ravens. I was pretty evenly distributed up to that point.

well, it seems anytime I want to run a super hot brawler, I end up on Caustic......

No, their map randomization is just terrible. I can play for a couple hours and not see Caustic at all for instance, yet spend half the time in frozen city.
