[Bug] Srms Doing Only 1 Damage Each

Just dueled a Dragon 1N with my A1 Cat on Caustic Valley. I hit him with 5 alpha strikes of 6 SRM4 + Artemis, 3 of the missiles in my last salvo missed because I aimed too far to the left after torso twisting to avoid his fire, the rest of my missiles hit dead center on his center torso at 50 meters or less. My attacks removed all of his CT armor and left his CT structure in the red, but I was killed from behind by a K2 before I could finish the Dragon off. It seemed odd to me that 5 alpha strikes from a splat cat didn't kill a dragon, so I did a little math while waiting for the match to end.

6 SRM4s means 24 SRMs per alpha strike, times that by 5 alpha strikes should be 120 missiles, -3 that missed, so 117 SRMs hit their target. At 2.5 damage per missile that should have been 292 damage. The End Game report listed my damage done as 117. So, 117 SRMs did 117 damage, or 1 damage per missile. What's up with that?

It seems that there are some issues with missiles right now as well as the damage tracking on them, check the pinned topic regarding streak missiles doing incorrect damage. This very well may be related.

I will say I occasionally notice this as well - it's either splash issue like in that thread or the server is losing the impacts.

I too have alot of issues with my splat cat specifically (fatlas SRM volleys seem fine) that said... I'm not complaining cuz it's a cheese mech anyways :P
