Well, if they are going they're not on the displayed list @ http://e313.mapyours...e=alpha&alpha=@

This thread is seeming a bit pointless...

When is the registration deadline?

I literally can't imagine a better way for them to do it.

And I have so much faith in their art and animation team, that even if it happened precisely as I dream I know I would be totally blown away.

But neither is Rockstar, and I'd like to know what's going on with GTA V. Bethesda will be there with Elder Scrolls Online.

if PGI goes with a fall release or even a June release at E3 would be huge if CW and lobbies and ingame voice commsa re in and the clans are coming/they announce a clan founders pack it'd be a great way to build some mega hype.

IIRC general registration for vendors ends 2 weeks before the event, but there are occasionally last minute additions.

Here I will just say it out loud MWO SUCKKKSSS there compared to the content of all the other older PC MechWarrior games I really don't expect many to just fall in love with MWO no matter how much money they sink into it. There just is not a compelling reason to keep grinding d ay in a day out to stay with the game. Past MechWarrior games had PVE Chat rooms better mechlabs better maps and leagues. What do we have ? a game with great graphics no content and they want you to grind and pay them money hahaha MWO is a big MechWarrior scam if you ask me. Announcement of actual game modes besides point capture. Dropship "mode", Capture the Flag, Base Assault/Defend with real bases with automated turret defenses, etc.

Announcement of a "Map Size" filter being added next to the "Game Mode" filter, so players can select Small, Medium, Large, or All, to help reduce the disconnects on Large maps by players who refuse to play them. This would benefit everybody because disconnects imbalance all that hard work the ELO Matchmaker (supposedly) does.

Announcement of UI 2.0, including features that enhance the navigation and selection of mechs within the mechlab.

... things like that, hopefully.

I expect there to be a trailer. It leads with the MWOmercs Beta logo- then a burst of fire obliterates the Beta. Cut to a ragged lance of chopped up IS mechs falling back, and exchanging fire with something in the distance while panicking loudly on their radios (big bonus points if they use some or all of the hero mechs for this shot) Then a Timberwolf sweeps over the hill, flanking them and driving them up the ravine. There, they find a Daishi, which unloads at the camera. Shift to a starmap, and several rough screenshots of community warfare, some new maps, and one or two blurry images of hero clanmechs, interspersed with concept art, especially the Black Widow, which would cause fans to hemmorhage money.

Fight for country- fight for planet- fight for the blood of Kerensky.

Even if the Clans are already out by then, converting to fully active game, announcing them and community warfare would be trifecta bound to bring in wads of cash.

Mechwarrior Online is not big enough for E3, I doubt you'd ever see anything about it there.

I have to say this but I have to echo the sentiment of some of the other posters here. If they are NOT at E3, that is NOT a good sign. They need to be there and showing off the game in it's full glory and talk up the content for the future as well. PGI/IGP needs a good showing there at E3 to help them out.

They will not be there, they have nothing but a broken product with a bunch of amateur a-holes driving it into the ground before it has a chance to even take off. There is nothing to showcase here but the hubris of a few bad devs trying to milk an IP for what it's worth in the full knowledge they can't deliver on what they promised.

One does not simply walk into E3.

It's not for gamers or the public or anything. It's for people in the industry and press.

Dunno about those events in the US. In Germany we have the Gamescom and that is just a super annoying stressful thing. Standing in a line for hours to get 20 minutes of gameplay in halls where you get 4 different super loud bass heavy songs from four different directions at the same time. Or even worse you stand in line that long only to see gameplay vids or trailers you might aswell watch on youtube or already have.

Those events might be a good thing on the non-public days where the industry has panels and discussion. The other three days that are just there for marketing purposes are in my view just uneccessary rubbish.

Go on the Sundays.

I went to the Eurogamer expo in 2011. I got to play a bunch of games, like skyrim before it was released, listen to a bunch of dev talks, and eat free doritos samples.

Intro video...

A city ravaged by war, shadowy unknown silouettes of mechs walking across the city.
Radio chatter of IS forces falling back as IS lances get ravaged by enemy fire.
Closeup of a clan logo as something walks by close to the camera.
Clan mechs revealed as they walk through the city
A view from a targeting sight as a locking tone is sounding.
A Timberwolf suddenly takes damage to it's kneecaps
Urbanmech commandos and peacekeepers emerge from dark alleys and hidey holes and start blasting clans left and right with AC/20's to the face.
A Green/Black/Gold Urbanmech with a loudspeaker proclaims "I Am The Law" before blasting an Adder to pieces.
The Clans have arrived...and so has the Urbanmech.
