Since the lat main patch (not the recent hotfixes or sale stuff) i have been repeatedly getting the no-minimap bug. A month ago I mighta got that maybe 1/50 games, now it's more like 1/10. Annoying, it's annoying.

Definitely. I had this bug three matches in a row now. It feels like on average I get it every 5th match. And today I got this bug nugget for the first time:
