Buff Heavy Xl Engines

As I compiled the overview speed vs. pay load, I noticed there is a trough between XL300 (15.5 t) and XL305 (17 t), see:

Edit: in the two charts below, there's a labeling mistake; DRG <-> CTPLT JM6 should be swapped.

By scaling the speed of all XL engines >= 305 by a factor of 1.05, the trough vanishes:

Hoping this modification could make heavy / larger XL engines more viable. You can easily set up new speed caps to match old max speed of different variants. CDA would also get a relative buff compared to 35 t lights.

they nerfed the engine scale in favour of light mechs. the largest XL engine in the TT weight 26 tonnes. the only thing about the engines I like is the incremental speed, they took a functional well balanced system and trashed it.
