Generally, we are owed nothing unless explicitly told so by someone close to the Development Team. In this case, we have been told that we are owed an ECM update and we should expect official feedback about the current LRM implementation.

I would like to start a tontine that is fully paid out upon delivery of both the above items.

I suspect that several of us will keel over before both items are addressed.

This makes you a perfect candidate for a tontine. You may even get to experience the thrill of hunting the rest of the tontine group to reap payout wihtout the updates being given.
