control management gurus! THAT'S the one.


Ok control management gurus, here's what I want:

A step by step guide to making this happen:

Input action: mousewheel scroll forward.

Observed reaction: throttle increases, if in neutral or in forward, or decreases(reverse) to neutral (and then increases(forward) if action continues).

Input action: mousewheel scroll backward.

Observed reaction: throttle decreases, if in forward to netural, or increases(reverse) if in netural or reverse.


Put simply, I want throttle control on my mousewheel. The throttle stepping should have simplified that I think.
