House Insignia On Mechs

I was wondering what became of the insignia discussion that I found from about a year ago. My thoughts was that I wanted to put a Kurita Dragon on my mechs--not a skin covering the entire mech, but just the crest, say on the torso or leg, i.e. some of the concept art. Could anyone give me an idea of where to find the answer of whether it's possible and if so, how?

Decals will be coming. They are part of the achievements system, which is a part of Community Warfare.
