So very stupid question on my part regarding my soon to be easiest target for my various LRM boats, but how on earth do you pronouce Jagermech:

is it Jagger-Mech like Mick Jagger
Is it Yay-gar-Mech like Jaegermeister
is it Jay-ger-Mech

I always called it Jagger-Mech but I'm thinking maybe Jayger is more correct.

Thoughts? feelings? emotions???

It's the German word for "hunter", so I assume German pronunciation applies-- yay-gher.

I always call it Yay-ger-Mech

Like the drink. I think it means hunter in German.

I looked it up. It also means RIffleman:

Not Yay-ger! It is [ˈjɛːɡɐ], which is pronounced like this:

"Ay" is a commonly poorly executed try by anglophonic people who just can't properly pronounce "Ä", just like they can't pronounce the two other Umlaute "Ö" and "Ü".

I pronounce it while eating a bratwurst ([ˈbʁaːtvʊɐ̯st]).
