Lava Damage

I really enjoy this mechanic.

Although once a leg is missing, it starts spreading damage to side torso, center torso, arms, cockpit, etc.

I think it should just go straight to the remaining leg.

Screenshot of my love for this mechanic, but as you can see, it did not melt my leg off as I feel it should. =)

ya its about right now, won't leg you for walking across a small patch but falling into the middle of the big pool in the middle is pretty fatal.

I'm still trying to figure out why i get head damage from the heat, even though my heat is at 90%. It's ok about leg damage, cause you know... legs are in contact with the lava, but why other parts?

its likely their damage system isnt complex enough to differentiate between lava damage and normal damage. Thus like normal damage, once a leg is gone damage is spread to other parts.
Now if they made their damage system to support different 'types' of damage to begin with, this issue wouldnt be here, and if it was it would be a HUGE 'bug' that went under their QC radar.
