There was NO mention of this being looked at in the patch notes, or pre-patch discussion, maybe you should start taking things to the proper forum instead of "trolling" the feedback discussion area. This is something that you can ask in the ask the dev's section, kinda like, "are you going to reduce the chance of jamming on UAC/5's?" to which they'll probably reply, maybe they want to fix it but they've got too much more work to do...this makes me think of all the other forums out there that are blasted with trolls and trollers remarks, and how much time they actually have to waste on useless discussions such as this one.
Perhaps if they had done an adjustment, you'd have a platform to complain, as of this moment, it is how it is, there are pro's and con's to the weapons, con of something that can fire twice in a cooldown cycle is ... you guessed it, jams.
TL/DR: There is no justification for your rage post. Pick your battles more wisely.

the whole weapon group of uac5s jams at the same time (4 of them). only one of them should.

well the UAC5 does jam a lot. Excessive? not convinced.
