Toggle Arm Lock, when keymapped, is not operating as a TOGGLE but a PRESS and HOLD. Have tried this with the Arm Lock box checked and unchecked. When checked, if you hold the mapped key, then you can get arm aim with torso fiollow as we saw pre-patch.
