Stop asking for equipment, modules, nerfs to help with your inadequacy's!

People asking to have boats removed or nerfed. People asking to have special modules that would take a snap shot of the map and enemy locations because the enemy is camping in the sweet spot. People wanting special non-cannon weapons. People wanting to have everything in this game dumbed down to fit their abilities or lack there of!

Good lord, instead of asking PGI to dumb it down for you, try to actually play the game better! Learn to play it right or even competently! If you're asking PGI to give you something to help you play better at this point, then you suck and I suggest you try to improve how you play instead. Sure I loose matches, sure it sucks when you get rolled, but the biggest issue I see in this game is the lack of ability by a lot of players. No I'm not talking about being some alien one shot guru, I'm talking about the basics of battle. Situational awareness is king, not paying attention, you die! Then being able to make adjustments on the fly instead of freaking out, you all turn to chickens in the yard running every which way when you get rushed. Using the Boats weakness to your advantage, same thing with a map. If you are on Tourmaline or Alpine in a brawler then you need to flank without being detected. Got a whole team of brawlers on those maps, maneuver and draw them in closer for the attack, hell split the team and pincer! Don't stand in the open, don't stand still, and stop being the easiest thing on the field to shoot at! COVER!!!

To often I see team mates make dumb moves and it costs us. The lone wolf ***** who runs over the hill into the bulk of the enemy, the dumb *** that parks his Fatlas on the center of the ridge and keeps taking hits till he pops without moving, stopping in the middle of the battle field to keep shooting the shut down mech, Continuing to chase the stick (what are you a Labrador?) you stripped the mech of any weapons and you continue to chase him while taking hits from the enemy who still has weapons? DUMB! Stop chasing the squirrel, focus on the larger targets. Base being captured is not the call for the entire team to return to base! Fast movers, 2 of them go back, if they need help they can call for back up. Stop chasing the stick and I suggest you turn and engage the next target with weapons so you continue to contribute to the effort.

Improve your game play by improving how you play the game!

Or let us pick the mech AFTER we see what map we're going to drop on.
Or have the ELO make some frigging sense on the team composition to drop with.
Seriously, when is it a good idea to have a team consist of nothing but medium brawler (plus 1 brawler phract) against a team of 2 assault (one an ECM scout), some cats, a light mech to constantly have us scouted on freaking Alpine.

Hear, hear.
It gets ridiculous when I can stand there, with my dual PPC cat, and smack about 4 volleys of PPC against a stalker without it even moving, at all.

Um... what's wrong with shooting a shutdown mech if it's a fairly high priority one (for example, an ECM atlas that's stopping us from locking on anyone else?)

Yeah, that had my head scratching a few times when I spectate. Although I suspect that the spectated individual may not have noticed that their enemy don't have any weapons left.
It is funny to see a stalker without any weapon limping around while everyone just ignore it.

Stopping to stand still to put the hits on it is whats wrong! You stop and stand still to shoot the target while the enemy shoots you because you stopped to stand still, freakin brilliant! Keep moving!!!
