As far as which variant it turns out to be, if they're trying to stick close to the AS7-D but with an upgrade, it'll probably be the AS7-S. If they're looking for something a little more radical, it'll probably be the AS7-K. As an aside, I've always really liked the AS7-K except for the minor fact that it doesn't have double heat sinks. I've been continually surprised that there hasn't been a canon upgrade that includes such a change.
If we're kicking it with 3025 tech, then what I'd really love would be a Banshee BNC-3S.

I can't even make up my mind so I'm doubly useless on telling anyone what they should pick.
Plus, do we know for sure those four are going to be the only choices?

A lot of people coming from WoT will pick the Atlas. Why?
Because if you get more C-Bill for the repairs on the assault are gonna be more acceptable (at least that is what A LOT of people will be thinking).
It is gonna be more cheaper to get the light and heavies so the choice will become a tactical one instead of a fluff/rpg one.
Not sure if I like the option on this.
Personally I'm gonna go full for medium in the game but probably will take the Atlas for the above mentioned reason.
Do not flame me for being a 'rule-screwer' please

i really want that catapult though. if the weapon configurations for it aren't terrible that's what i'll be getting, I plan on the catapult being a centerfold in my garage so having a unique looking one would be quite nice. I'll want an awesome or cataphract at some point as well since i get all hot and bothered over ppc's but otherwise...
I was thinking though If i do plan to go lone wolf who bosses people around (like batman) i would benefit from driving something quick and mobile with a C3 Master unit so I can help complete strangers in every capacity I dare to claim i'm good at
heh.. now there's a thought. If batman was a pilot what would he drive?

It was real hard, but I had to go with the Jenner. The Jenner is fast enough to evade the Hunch and has the right fire-power to do damage.
In the right hands (not saying mine are) a Jenner D is a fine Atlas killing machine. Just got to remember to control that heat build-up.
Pre double heat sinks the Jenner was a dream, as so long as you knew when to jump.
