Is that on purpose or was a low-res version of it accidentally used in place of a higher-quality version and is being upscaled beyond its native res, hence why it doesn't look so good?

The only reason I ask if it is on purpose is due to the name "Vagabond". In any other circumstance, it would be pretty clear that the pattern is lower resolution than it should be. But maybe that's supposed to reflect it being a "vagabond" paintjob?

Haven't seen anybody with a vagabond paint job in game yet, hope to see what it looks like in game.
