So every once and a while i browse through here to see what the flavour of the month is. Mostly it's just max dps builds and everyone wants to be on top of the list.
Me? Not so much. I play scouts. Sneaking about, getting info on enemy disposition and keeping my team up to date, fighting comes second, but i'll happily spoil my k/d ratio than to see the blue team lose.

Just because it's different from most builds, i want to share my scout builds:

Of course you don't want to find yourself in the middle of the brawl, but you'll be fine along the edges of battle, weaving in and out of cover while chipping armor. The whole idea is to scout and later harass and distract the enemy while providing information that others can base their tactical decisions upon. If you have good battle awareness you can use speed and spoil their line of sight to run in time if someone decides to deal with you.
One more word of advice: when running PUGs, type fast!

Time to post Smurfy's loadout!!
I prefer Jenner-F for scouting: good speed, jump-jets, BAP and 6xMLAS battery. It's possible to outrun and "outjump" scout-hunters, and it still can blow rear armor on Atlas in a couple of shots.
