Suggestion for in-game audio chat

I think that adding static hindrances into in-game chat would create right atmosphere.
Also, quality of communication could depends from scramblers, distance, landscape or damage.
What you guys think about that?

Cool feature but easily bypassed by using 3rd party chat software.

It would be cool to be normal voice chat but with effects like this



i would forget about 3rd party programs :(

Of course it could be bypassed, but it could be as an option (as minimum=)
At least it would be interesting to try :(
