Considering that the Dragon always has a hardpoint of each type... I would hazard a guess he's using a 1N. It has the "most missile hardpoints" of a Dragon (great for a pair of SRM4 to function with TAG). 1C is the alternative choice, where the TAG slot would replace a medium laser in the build. The Fang or Flame would be in use, although I think TAG "improves" the Fang slightly since you could just fit in into the Left Torso and not have to change too much in the design....

You know what... Dragons are more than capable of getting "in an out" of areas with a faster engine (they are the overweight mediums after all)... so this isn't entirely surprising. You just need to give pot shots and the occasional TAG... it might not be that hard.
