The eastern/upper base has full cover sniper posts on every approach to their base. If you actually manage to flank their base without being detected or being straight-line counter capped, the path to the cap is maze-like and fully open to fire from their entrenched positions in the hills.
I'd love to see east vs. west win/loss numbers for this map, because my personal experience has been that starting at the western/lower base is a death sentence regardless of whether you flank G-line, 4-line, head straight there on a diagonal, or attempt to hold a position just outside your base. I've tried to talk teammates into holding position in the buildings behind the base as the only remaining option but so far there have been no takers.
