Ecm Balance Suggestions

This has been done to death so i'll keep this short. ECM as a whole is a rather dividing subject and while I don't agree with some people that it should be removed from the game or given to every mech in existence it needs to be tweaked to balance out the game.

Here's a few suggestions as to how to balance out ECM:

- Have the potential for it to be destroyed and its effect stop working when the section of a mech's body it is being stored in is destroyed.

- Have allied ECMs working in co-ordination cancel each other out to prevent the issue of mobs of lights/pairs of Atlases armed with the device from becoming completely immune to long and short range missiles.

- Perform the same tweaks as were done with the Gauss Rifle and make the item extremely fragile and very susceptible to damage.

- Have ECM add to the generated heat of a mech when active or switching between modes.

- Alter it from being constantly active and force players to chose when to activate its effects in one mode. Have its effect be limited to only a certain amount of time and then enforce a cooldown time before it can be used again.

- Introduce the potential for it to malfunction at random intervals after the mech it is installed in starts to take damage.

No doubt at least half of these have already been said but that's just my two cents. And before anyone brings this up, no this isn't a suggestion that all of these be implemented just one or two.
