At the moment, ECM when combined with streak SRM's are incredibly frustrating to fight against. Add in the difficulties presented by a small, fast target and unpredictable netcode, and you have got a one-way ticket to unbalancedville.

What if, whilst in Disrupt mode (as i believe it is called, where ECM affects enemy sensors), streak SRM guidance is inactive on the ECM equipped mech due to "interference from the ECM system" or other plausible reason, but is allowed whilst in ECM cancelling mode. This would reduce the problem caused by the combination of these two systems, without gimping them entirely. I believe this could be an effective short-term solution to this problem whilst ECM undergoes further iterations, and improvements such as localised servers, netcode optimizations and rewind stage two are brought in, or even fleshed out into an integral game mechanic if it works well.

Your thoughts and suggestions are very welcome!

Cheers,
