Does Cool Shot Have A Graphical Effect?

Curious if theres an effect. I never use it was wondering if theres an effect to let us know if someone is using it.

some kind of venting graphic or something. it was green in MW3. didn't like that though lol. should be Blue IMO.

Ya know, I've never noticed steam or some other particulate coming off of a Mech during a match before (outside of the smoke from damage)....that's a good question.
