Aside From Leveling, Does The Jr7-K Have A Purpose?

Am I missing something? Are the D and the K identical except for one less missile hardpoint in the K? I love my JR7-D and JR7-F, I'm just struggling to see the usefulness of the JR7-K.

It has more module slots if I remember correctly.

Yep, and with these new heat modules those slots are even more valuable

Module slot. It's better if you don't need the extra hardpoint.

You are correct. When it comes to weapons, there is nothing the JR7-K can do that the other two variants cannot do better. However, it does have an extra module slot as was already mentioned. Perhaps that extra module slot will come in handy for airstrikes or other future consumables.
