It would for example be nice if I could choose to prioritize the ammo for my AC20 I had placed in my torso over ammo I had placed in my arms which in turn was prioritized over the ammo i had placed in my legs.
example:
I have two ammo based weapons on my mech: an AC20 and an LRM10
in the ammo priority configuration I would then be presented with an option for each:
Weapon, Location
+AC20, RT
+LRM10, LT
If I then expanded the AC20 option I would then be presented with the locations where there was ammo for the weapon, in a prioritized order:
Weapon, Location
-AC20, RT
2 Tonnes of ammo, RT
1 Ton of ammo, LA
1 Ton of ammo, RL
+LRM10 LT
This configuration would then mean that my mech started by eating the ammo from my AC20 from my right torso, then from the left arm and last from the right leg.
This would allow people so inclined to use ammo that was placed somewhere they consider risky first.
People who did not care, or did not feel comfortable modifying this should of course be free to abstain from it and use a default setting.
