What the title says, bought all 4 cataphracts and I dont have 2 times basic skills after completeing all of them.

did you get all the elite skills? you need to get 4 of them to unlock elite skills, then when you unlock the elite skills, you get double the basics
or maybe you need to master them, idk

after you get the elites don't forget to say if it fixed the problem
