Just wondering as this was always the most annoying lack of control aspect for me. and lack of being able to assign throttle with numbers but a simple scroll throttle would be good enough.

No I haven't played the game for a while. I just want to know If I can flick and set the target throttle speed about with the mouse wheel as fast as I want and then the mech strives to reach that as fast as it can as in all MWO games.

I was also hoping to be able to do this, but have not found a way to do so with my logitech g9x mouse as of yet.
