one suggestion i have is when the third person in a 4 man group readies up .. an audio Que like "its a fine day to scrap some mechs" or "were dropping! someone wake up hicks" or " all pilots ready for duty " just an audio que that would let the last person know they are the last to get ready and the rest are waitng for them.
