I think this is since the large ice map update.

Every few battles I have a "crash", menaing the game stops for me. I cannot even really alt+tab or task manager my way out (have to button-restart), the tabs are there at the bottom but I can't close them even if I click on close.
One MWO tab (one from game one this) says "too many app..." in the tab but I could not figure out what that meant. Now I found a window hidden that is only visible (partly) while holding alt+tab. The text seems to be the same as when you click too often and open 2 MWO clients.

To say it cleary, I have not opened more then one and it only happens in the middle of a battle e.g. several minutes in the fight.
