When the first profiler was up It would not run since norton kept blocking it. Someone posted his spec from the profiler so that people could follow that formant to send in theirs.

I pasted in my specs and it took them fine.

Few days later the questionaire appeared. I filled all of it out but now the page says im at 96% and 22 of 23 complete.

I can't redo the profiler since that option is gone. I have no idea how to hit 100%.
I have no idea what the 23rd part is.

How can I fix this?

I don't think you can fix it. (Did you leave out your real name, perhaps?) As far as I know, they took out all the profile and question stuff when CB actually started. But I don't imagine it hurts your chances of getting in by very much.

Did you answer "no" to having played a Free-2-Play game before? The next question says "If yes, which." They still require an answer for that particular question for the profile to be complete; I just answered "Other."

Then again, if the option choices have already disappeared, I don't know what to tell you to do.

Mine is down to 92%... so does it need to be 100% to be eligible for closed beta testing?
entered everything.. the questionare... the sys specs. i couldnt download the system profiler, .net framework glitch, but i got VERY specific specs for my computer.
Im just concerned as to the fact if it has to be 100%... im scared

Also stuck at 96% here, with 22/23 things complete. I had a little trouble getting it to accept my system profile, it kept mysteriously disappearing when I hit submit. Got it in and was still missing one thing apparently, I don't know what.

Hoping this doesn't affect my chances either.

I did answer the play other f2p games question. I think it has something to do with the system profiler since it was kind of borked up. It looked like it saved what I pasted in. But now that it doesn't show its hard to say if that is it or not.

Same issue. Answered every question, no chance to change answers. Only option is to submit or cancel survey. Hit submit (a couple times) and still stuck at 22/23. Logged out/in, checked email, even picked a forum icon. Still stuck at 96%.

answered every question, profiler ran flawlessly, copied and pasted. Still submit then 96% and 22/23.

Same here but i think you would have to wait until you are approved and then proceed downloading it to get 100%.

I don't think that this is the case as I know someone who is at 100% but has not been approved. (I'm in the same boat at 96% though).

I know im stuck at 96% and this upsets me i have been waiting for a new mechwarroir game i was so hopeing to play the beta so we will see

It's a known issue and will not effect your eligibility.
