Pretty much sums it up.
The idea is for you to post the final score in a game you can call "average", meaning that this happens most of the time.
Not the best score, or the worse one, but something you feel is highly achievable for yourselves

I aplogize for the lots of the screens, butI felt like one is not proof enough for the whole "average" idea.
Not that someone could not rip all his best games and pretend them to be his average doing, but still is something

You're correct!
From the mechcommander games till now I just love them
Tho there they felt like REALLY powerful, which can not be said for the feeling you get in this game by using them.
I like UAC5s more - that's what my 3D is with.

I'd be more interested in some 8v8 youtubes, pwning some proper teams, shooting fish in a barrel is something anyone can do.

Again as the other one I quoted - both of you are making me regret I started this with so friendly intent.
So all of you "would" do this, but none actually does, all words and stuff...
And ELO haven't affected my "average" games by any means, the stats are about the same since about the time cataphract was out(or 2/3 weeks later).

Don't see any reason any of you be that arrogant with nothing to back it up.
And about the 8v8 games, I doubt that there are all that much players doing this all the time - and since this is the forum, where the community gathers, with a good number of players that are just starting the game and not playing even in a small groups, PUG is the common option.
Good argument? Try to imagine the game without having the PUG option.

And by that I'm not that old player too - started the game about a week(or two maybe) after it went open beta, never played any of the other mechwarrior games(atleast I don't recall that).
Don't see where is your trolling temper comming from, but I'm certain that I don't like it.
So either you can try do this the good way, being polite and on the topic, or you can skip it.

Cause I don't get why people think that being good at something(game) gives you the right to be a complete *****.

This thread is for showing off your stats and screenshots can be incredibly easily farmed to create an unrealistic depiction of your stats. If you were going to show off averages, you'd take a screenshot of your stats in the stats tab and crunch the numbers off of that.

For example:



Average of 452.5 damage per match, 3.8 win/loss ratio, and a 2.6 KDR with my Atlas D. These numbers represent true averages and are a good representation of my skill in my Atlas across all my matches, both pug and premade.

What you've done is just e-peen waving showing off your best matches and calling them an average.

What this man said. You have stats, and taking screenshots of all your best matches and calling them an average is bogus statistics.

I think some of us don't get the point of these posts, not trying to insult you, I am sure you had your reasons but to me they are just meh.
