The following was experienced ...

Worked well:
  • Three people / NAT shared 1 IP address (same location) / each playing seperate games or each play same game (clicked launch at same time)
  • Three people / NAT seperate IP addresses (same location) / each playing seperate games or each play same game (clicked launch at same time)
What did not work:
  • Two or Three people / NAT shared 1 IP address (same location) / playing same game as a team - game clear when two players disconnect (or died)
  • Two or Three people / NAT seperate IP addresses (same location) / playing same game as a team - game clear when two players disconnect (or died)
This has worked in the past fine with three of us in my house sharing same IP address on NAT and same hardware. Help !!!

Sounds like the current netcode uses your IP as a client identifier, instead of a unique ID for a system on a IP address.

Just check the PC names in Windows+pause/break are unique.

I may be wrong, but, i'd think your best contacting support.
