Description: The searchlight has a powerful narrow beam of light used to illuminate distant objects, such as enemy BattleMechs. This equipment can also be used to disrupt night and thermal vision at very close range (disrupts both friendly and enemy BattleMechs alike when you shine the light on the cockpit). This equipment also adds new strategies and tactics, such as using searchlights for focus firing or to signal for a major attack on the battlefield. The developers can also add different color searchlights for a modest MC cost to benefit financially. Thoughts/Opinions?
