Outside that one brief weekend where it was farmed for tourney points, NARC has never been useful in this game, still isn't useful in this game, and - so long as NARC conforms to TT rules and ECM does not conform to TT rules - it will never be useful in this game.

It has only a 30sec window of use so its pretty worthless.

Also SRM's are dumb fire so it doesn't help them.

I have seen it work though I put one on a Awesome's head once out of fluke luck just as the LRM's were about to strike.

I was in a match a few days ago and I had some one shooting narc at me like it was a weapon that could damage me Thot it was rather funny....
