Edit: Problem solved.

Basically, I triggered the fraud prevention system. Not entirely sure how it happened, but it may have had something to do with using multiple credit cards and/or a non-static IP address. If you have a similar problem, just email Support, and they'll have you whitelisted again the next day.

I'll keep my original problem below so searches can get redirected to this post.

So every time I try to buy MC on my account, my card is declined, yet a week ago I bought some without a problem.

I tried using a friend's card (with his permission of course) but it too was declined. Odd thing is, he logged on to his account right after and bought himself MC using the card that was declined on my account. He tried it on my account right after that, and it was declined again. It's nothing to do with the cards, just my account.

What's the deal with that? Is my account flagged as fraudulent or something? I'm really frustrated at the moment because I want to buy the Dragon-1C while it's 50% off, and I can't contact any live support anywhere due to the Easter long weekend.

If anyone knows of a workaround or what might be causing this, I'm all ears.

Edit: Just tried creating a PayPal account and paying via that. It took money off my card, then put it straight back on saying it was cancelled, with the message "The seller cancelled this payment, and the money has been returned to your account."

Apparently this is a common message that comes up when the seller is overloaded with transactions or something, so I'll try again tomorrow morning I guess. Here's hoping. Still weird that my friend could get through on his first try though...

I have the same issue, so I sent an email to Support which I got back answered today. The strange thing on the email was that customer support is asking for billing address, some other personal and in-game information by email when usually customer support will give you a phone number to call to resolve an issue. How do I know I'm in contact with a real customer support agent or not? Thank you.

A call centre costs money. This is a free to play game. Hell several other big MMO's have dropped phone support entirely and force you to email. All about the $$$$

My advice, they do not want your money. Stop offering it to them.

I suggest to follow this advice. Same here. It's not possible for me to buy MC's. Okaaay, but I assume this is quite rare with online gaming content. People want to burn their money and the company dont take it. lol, good call.
