Will this work with the Geforce GT230 graphics card with 1.5GB dedicated memory?

Should work. Probably not the best experience, but should work.
GT230 v1 has the same GPU that is in 8800GT which is mentioned in the minimum requirements for the game.
GT230 v2 is ever so slightly above that in performance
