OK Kill/Death ratio is sort of not a good way of judging a player or their roles.
Can we at least get kill assist added. Getting game after game with 5 or more assists and a bucket load of damage, and not getting one kill then dying in a fire at some point and watching the K/D ratio drop sort of sucks.

Direct-fire weapon accuracy would also be a nice thing to track.
As would average number of matches/death (player survivability).
Some kind of capture statistics would also be nice for game modes like conquest. Of course - having better rewards for being the one(s) capping (which often means you are deferring combat) would be nice... since I've been in a few games where me and the only other guy bothering to cap things secured the team victory only to be shafted on XP and credits.
But, ultimately, the best way to determine whether or not you've got a good player running in your guild is to run with him/her a few times and see how they do.
