there's at least one "league" doing something like this...can't remember the name but its out there if you search a bit on the forums.

We at the Equal Opportunity Destroyers are usually running 8-mans every Friday - Sunday nights. The rest of the week, we dedicate to training in 4-mans, although we do find the time to drop in 8-mans now and again. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, shoot me a PM.
