Hello fellow pilots,

After pugging with a team of 3 all the weekend, here is some thoughts :

To level the playing field for every one and increase the fun factor,i feel that we urgently need a lobby system :

Wished features for the lobby :

• Automatic voice communication system only once in a team;
  
• Ability to create a private group;
  
• Ability to make a group public after private invites are done if any;
  
• Ability to filter who can join the team base on the language that must be understood;
  
• Group size up to 8 then 12;
  
• Leader ability to kick;
  
• Ability to filter who can join the team base on the player global rating;
  
• A no voice (in/out) security feature for parent willing to protect a minor child.(password required to unlock)

Please add any features that you feel essential and not already included above .
