Hey guys, anyone have this problem? I hit play on the launcher and it starts up like it normally would only it's just a plain black screen. Game never loads or does anything. It sat that way for over 2 hours today. Task manager said it was running normally with nothing 'not responding'

So I had a problem with last patch where I tried to download the patch on the launcher and it would get 1/3 way though and kick the program where it said "you sure you want to leave?" etc and when I hit the cancel it wouldn't start back up.

Support finally just told me to completely uninstall the game and delete everything and completely reinstall the game.

Well I did that... around 2+ hours today waiting for it to download everything etc. It actually did it fine then when I went to start the game this.

Any ideas? since it seems the support is a joke.

Having this same issue now, upon hitting launch, client searches for a game, then black screen comes up for all eternity.
