I've started playing with the Jagermech and have begun to understand the allure of dual AC/20's after catching an ECM Spider on top of a building unawares near the start of a match and blowing its leg clean off in one blast.

However, such awesome power needs something to curtail it.

I believe the mech lends itself well to a minimum convergence considering that the shoulder actuators do not allow side to side motion. This wouldn't mean that targets inside of a certain range would not be hit, but that the convergence would not allow both rounds to strike the same location. This range would have to be extremely close, along the lines of 15 or 20 meters on the outside, but would go a long way towards balancing the instant CT core ability of dual 20's on many mechs.

It has minimum convergence. It's very noticeable if your target is narrow, like a trebuchet in profile, and you are extremely close.
