I'm not sure if I am posting in the right thread but in anycase what I would really like was if there was MC transfers, for example, my younger brother and I bought the Veteran Founders Package early ago, but he didn't enjoy the game so he doesn't even touch it leaving 10 000 MC to catch dust in his account, would there be any way to transfer his MCs to my account? I'l send a ticket if necessary.

That's a big Negative ghostrider. I shudder at the thought that it ever becomes available as a regular feature.
On the practical side, your situation is unfortunate, but you need to eat that loss. It opens up too many avenues for both fraudulent purchases, as well as the Chinese gold seller botting out all the matches.
Personally, i'd use this as a teaching moment to learn the value of knowing what your buying, this is a life lesson.
