[Telemetry]

Anyone else crashing to desktop every time they try to play? Since yesterday mid-day, I cannot play MWO.

I have reinstalled the game. I have turned down all my settings. Cleared the shaders. Nothing seems to work. I played all week without issue but something changed yesterday in the middle of the day.

Does anyone know a cure for this bug? Also, when the game crashes it returns to Mechlab window with no message.

Did you download 7-zip and verify the integrity of your pak files? (Yes, I know you re-installed)

Also it's possible this is some sort of internet or routing issue(not neccesarily on your local network but it could be anywhere along the route or at your ISP or at the game's datacenter which has come under DDOS attacks recently). Unfortunately we do not have numerical IP for the game servers so you can't run a tracert to the game server to look for a bad connection somewhere

This is not a bug report. I am asking the community for help since I have received none from PGI. I have already filled out a support ticket and gone the "official" route.

This was the right path you went on before. I don't think anyone in General would know anymore than the people who have attempted to help out in the player help thread.

I haven't gotten help in either thread, so desperate. Btw, I have checked all my pak files with 7zip, they are fine.

I have been experiencing the same issue (I think) starting around 2 days ago. Every game I join crashes back to the Mech lab; most crashing within the first minute of starting the game. I have tried varying my video settings with no observed changes. I have no issues in training grounds. I have also gone the formal route and sent in files for troubleshooting. This is frustrating but I hope someone has advice that may help.
