Terrible performance, what seems to be minimal aoe, and too long of a delivery.
In short, the community screamed so hard that consumables are worthless and WILL NOT make PGI any money. Great, so they're going to get forced into something obscene, like MCammo.

I have a correction to make. This is without the 20% radius reduction module. I thought it was a passive, but apparently you need to equip it as well...

Any good damage data? Do you feel that having a TAG or NARC lock-on should improve percentage to hit?
