Yea, as you can see, i´m curious how ppl here think about Crusader/ Warden Clans...
I´m not sure if i would play as a clanner, i think i will so much be connected to the Inner Sphere after all that time...but who knows...

But IF i play clans, i´m more into Warden Clans, especially the big bad wolf.

What do you think, Clan or not, Crusader or Warden?

"The just deaths of the traitors frightened some
There among the darkness and alien stars.
A few lost heart and began with aquavering resolve
To question the Great Father's plan.
With stern compassion he spoke and all was revealed;
How their destiny was the Hidden Hope
Of all mankind and how their sons' sons
Would one day return to the Inner Spheres
Bringing back the enlightenment to the Star League
To those unfortunates they had left behind.
Such was their right, such is our legacy of blood."

Warden, with the great haunting Bear.

Addendum: To be fair, once I've picked a side, it would be really difficult to dislodge me. You'd have to tempt me with a freaking Stone Rhino to get me to jump over. Worst case scenario is that I'll be putting Clan Tech in my Raven/Catapult if i ever manage to salvage any.

Crusader... I like their mindset of "peace through the sword".

Gotta go Warden. Should have stayed well enough alone and let the IS pummel themselves into oblivion.
Then we just move in as the "long lost bretheren" and take everything over easy peasy.

Though to be honest I'd rather we all just stay IS and pummel ourselves into oblivion

I would just chase them back from where they came from the cockpit of my Highlander

Crusader.

Because the Spheroids should be honored to have us liberate them and defend them from themselves. Let the liberation/subjugation of that ball of mud known as Terra begin.

I am a staunch Warden, I believe it was in the clans best interest to just keep expanding the homeworlds and leave the sphere well alone. Kerensky left the sphere alone for a reason and I solely believe it was to keep his faithful away from the corruption and factionalism that shattered the great star league and fond memories of the golden century. We should have kept an eye on them but maintain our distance, It was the crusaders need for glory over them that shattered our ways, left us wounded and weak.

I'll be sending those whiny little brats running back to the Kerensky Cluster crying for their great great great great great great great grandad to kiss their wounds.

I highly doubt the FWL could do much against the Hell's Horses, let alone any true Clan force. Without the Knights of Marik's little project, the FWL would be outclassed and outgunned.

I would love to be able to change the Clans attack vector. I'd personally assault through the FWL/Capcom border area. Then you avoid Davion and Steiner regular units and mercenraies. FWL and CAPCOM units, even House units wouldn't stand a chance and whatever mercs they had on hand, save possible the MAC would be little more than a speed hump.

We'd be on Terra inside a year then worry about the rest of the Inner Sphere.

Thank you for gracing the Clan forum with your brilliant, well-spoken opinion.

Crusader of course! I was never a fan of the "soft" warden theory.
I'll make it short: Down with the barbaric wamongering sucsessor states. Liberate the Spheroids and defend them from themselves. Basta!

Crusader for sure. Not only is the Warden view based on a precondition that was NEVER fulfilled, it is downright silly.

Warden all the way - standing firm holding a shield against the obsessive crusader aggression but ready to smack my unruly freebirth wards over the head with that same shield as they are but children who need our protection and guidance.
The GhostBear is a fiercely protective parent and our hides are thick as they need to take the claws which helped us mature.

If you're referring to the 'threat from outside the Inner Sphere', it HAS materialized, in the form of the Crusader Clans. In short, you are one of the things from which Kerensky wanted the Inner Sphere protected.
