You know the mc price of the pretty baby is 6000 mc
my guess is it will be 7000 mc and above
for Rhonda snords highlander

6,500 Posted Image

$29.95USD

6750 is just 250 more than 6,500
you would have to buy another set of mc to buy the Pinklander

You can pilot a multitude of different coloured ponies instead today if you'd like.

Only a drunk/stoned person would buy it at that price ... Probably wouldn't hurt to of suffered some form of blunt force trauma to the back of the head before hitting the 'Buy Now' button too.

So what your saying:

Is you want one but don't want to have to pay for it?

Get yourself a sugar daddy. 30 bucks, that's like dinner and a movie or a 4 days at starbucks. Nothing i want to see this month and i can make my own coffee.

Some Founders still have plenty of MC. I don't have a Hero Mech, yet.

I've got over 8k Founder's MC left and a hankering for jumpjets on a mech offensive both visually and audibly.

Also the normal highlanders have torso lasers and LA missiles. This one has 3x LA energy and torso missiles.
I think I like the hardpoints better on the hero.

No, but only because I don't know of any reason I would buy any of the hero mechs.

Eventually I will. At the very least after I have elited 3 mechs of each weight class. Then I will eventually but the hero mechs to be able to have every available mech in the game.

Price has nothing to do with it though.

2200 + 30 x tonnage = Hero MC

Command chair, community events, twitter, reddit, and the frequent interviews and public appearances are not enough? What kind of communication do you want?

As for the price - well it's high but I don't regret my Ilya. I haven't sprung for a Pretty Baby though - not because of the price really but because it's hideous and I can't stand Awesome's anyway Now if they made a hero Stalker with a ballistic slot...

EDIT: I do agree that prices are too high in general for MC. They should really be at the snap decision level ($2-5 each). If that were the case I would probably buy every mech in the game... except the Cicada 3C because nobody likes it. It cries in the corner with the Spider 5K.

Never in a million years. My MC is for Hero Urbies only.

Seriously, they need to reevaluate the Hero prices, it's not fair for people who like assaults to have to pay a ton more than people who like commandos, just because of the weight difference.

All hero mechs should be about the same MC price, but with variations based on effectiveness... so Yen Lo Wang will be almost a bargain basement hero.

No, but not primarily due to the price, but because what is delivered for that price is unlikely to be very appealing. The Highlander gets a lot of hype because it has jumpjets and lots of mouthbreathing about death from above, but to be honest, it's probably going to have generally mediocre loadouts, slow speeds, and slow maneuvering, not unlike the Atlas. To pay $30 for that, is the problem. If you're going to make a hero Assault class mech, learn the lesson of the Pretty Baby and give it appealing hardpoints. The Pretty Baby still needs work. They may choose to ignore addressing it, but I certainly hope that any future hero mechs have significantly more appealing potential than the PB does compared to the rest of the variants in the chassis group.

If I can blast music on the field, then i might consider buying it. If not, i'll just buy a normal highlander.
