Random Thoughts On The Clan Invasion

So I was thinking about how the clan invasion would go down and I thought I would share some ideas.
So IS community warfare should be implemented by the summer, with phase 3 (the clans) after. So what if they implement playable clans October 31, the day that the iKhan gets killed. All the clanners go home to elect a new iKhan and the invasion gets delayed for about a year. Now at that point you would have IS vs. IS doing community warfare and then have time to implement the clans while the invasion is stalled.
Clans could start with just clan on clan fights with no meaning like we have now to work out balance/introduce all the mechs. Then it would move on to clan vs. clan community warfare. The way I see it before the invasion starts again the clans would be holding trials over who gets to invade what planet. Whatever clan ends up doing the best in clan/clan warfare gets the most planets to invade at the start of the invasion.
Once the invasion begins again you could then have clan/clan battles to control the border worlds between each invasion corridor (disputed in the clan/clan pre invasion CW) and clan/ IS battles to extend/ push back the invasion corridors. Now to keep it fair, the full possible extent of the clan invasion would be the cannon limits of the invasion. The planets in the invasion zone would have no bearing on the regular IS/IS community warfare but would give bonuses to the entire inner sphere when held. IS units who distinguished themselves in IS/IS would get to fight the Clans for the benefit of the entire inner sphere.
Makes sense to me because when the clans in MWO hit they will be fighting upgraded mechs, like if the houses had a year to prepare. It also would give time to properly develop clan tech and would also not screw the FRR, Steiner and Kurita in CW.

I wonder who's going to show up.......... The MECHWARRIOR 2 Clanners who put battle tech and mechwarrior on the map..........Who totally outshined everything that ever was battletech......The game that fixed it all. The game which without we wouldn't even be here. Clanners who didn't stop to ask for a ritual duel in simba's circle of life......completely primary objective focused. The first mechwarriors.

Cause the pencil pushin nerd has dibbs on dictating what it means to be a clanner.

You guys better hope its the nerdworld klingons that show up, because if the mechwarrior2 clan-wolf shows up they are going to monkey-stomp the everliving atlas out of you. :)

Anyone wants to guess the first 8 clan mechs?

Mine is = Uller, Puma, Stormcrow/Ryoken, Nova, Vulture/Mad Dog, Timberwolf/Mad Cat, Daishi, Warhawk.

I would think that the Shadowcat, Novacat, Hellbringer and Summoner would so fit in this game.

Agreed, but the Nova Cat isn't until 3059.

I'm an IS guy but, I also want the clans to be-able to thoroughly trounce the inner sphere at the start. Otherwise there its just going to be different skinned mechs. That's why i think starting with wave 5 of the invasion makes sense, clan tech vs. the upgraded IS tech we have now in game (basically clan buster). Then as and IS guy when you fight the clans you could get salvage points or whatever and start getting your own clan tech.
to balance that out you would save 2 load outs of each mech, clan tech for clan vs. IS and regular IS tech for IS vs. IS. Then as you got more and more clan tech you could move from fighting the clans in 5 vs. 8, to 10 vs. 12, to 12 vs. 12 games. When you are at 12 vs. 12 you would have essentially created a IIC version of your mech so both sides are somewhat balanced.
