If you're experiencing the goldvision/graphics bug and your game is set to full screen,
simply alt-enter to flip to windowed mode.

This fixes the issue immediately, you should be able to alt-enter back to fullscreen without problems. However, the bug might turn up again, if so, repeat the process.

This helped me however, I can't guarantee it will work for you. Feedback required, did this work for you? Thanks in advance.
